•   Maintain and update the Statutory Registers of the Company, including Register of Members, Directors, Auditors, Secretaries, Managers, Directors’ shareholdings; and Charges over Company’s assets.
•   Prepare board resolutions and minutes of directors’ and shareholders’ meetings.
